Happy April! I don’t know about you, but I’ve had all the winter I can stand. It’s time to leave the confines of the house, grab the old acoustic guitar and go outside and play. If you don’t have an acoustic guitar, fret not, for we are here to help! Come in and check out our assortment of acoustic guitars by Takamine, Jasmine, and Stagg.  Tell your sales rep that you want the special ‘Summer’s Coming” deal, and we’ll knock off 10% of the price. So get out there, get some sun, and play!

Recital News

The 2009 Jonathan Fletcher Music Summer Recital will be held at Patterson Park Community Theater on June 27th. There will be an afternoon show and an evening show. Students will participate in one of the two shows. There will be a recital fee of $40 per student, and each student will receive four tickets to the show for friends and family. Participating students do not require a ticket. Additional tickets are $10 each in advance, and $12.50 the day of the show. We encourage all students to participate, and expect this year’s show to be the biggest and best yet. If you have any questions regarding the recital, feel free to ask your instructor.

 Recital Video

We are currently negotiating with a production company regarding the filming of this year’s recital. We don’t have any details at this moment, but we will keep you posted as more information becomes available.

Give Us Your Ideas!

It is our goal to make the annual recital a fun experience for everyone involved. Therefore, if you have any suggestions that you feel would make the show more fun for the players and more entertaining for those in the audience we urge you to let us know. Simply tell your instructor or send us an email with your suggestions. We look forward to hearing from you!
