If they are partitions on the same Disc, all you have to do is make sure not to wipe those partitions when installing Windows 10 Right click your Start Button and Open Disc Management Please provide a screenshot of that window and I will advise you on how to proceed!

When you windows 10 32 bit to 64 bit without losing data free download each of the first two partitions, they should be top of the list in the installer click delete Then you will be left with on unallocated space and the 3 data partitions Select the one unallocated partition and choose 'Next' Windows will install onto that and leave your data partitions untouched.
