I have a paid for copy Office purchased in December. Ive had issues with getting it running on my laptop running windows 10 and I have had to uninstall a number of times. Now its working however I get the error message it needs to be activated. However from my account it shows I have one activated version and two other copies. The unregistered notice says I must connect to my corporate network and contact my administrator.

At this point I decided to start again and wiped my laptop, using the windows reinstall option that removes all personal files all applications and settings. I then reinstalled Office Home and Business. On first run I get the same issue. Saying I have a copy of Office Professional and Office Standard that are unlicensed with 1 day left to register. I am not experienced in running command prompts. You say "open Command prompt and navigate to the following folder" I dont know how to navigate using command prompt, sorry.
I logged into my Microsoft Office live account and I notice the product license key does not match the license key on the box I bought. Im at a complete loss. I dont understand that if I uninstall windows and wipe all files when I reinstall Office the same problem happens.
I opened my Office account and see that the Office product key is different to the one I have on mt product card. I cannot tell if I have two accounts. MS tells me my Product Key has been used in "my other account" I followed the links to log in to this "other account" got a new password but they both have the same email address and the same information as far as I can see. Ralitsa Hadzhieva. As long as you log in with the correct Microsoft account, this should fix any activation issues. Please note that Office checks the activation status quite regularly over the internet, so the unlicensed product message may appear if the device often has no network connection.
